MiKro owner, Mike Farber, has taken his passion for beer and food to Hamden, CT. MiKro is an intimate space built to feature craft beer, with 18 rotating taps and an impressive bottle list. Chef Michael Fox has designed a beer-centric, playfully creative menu intended to highlight local and seasonal items that pair well with MiKro’s beer offerings.
